The most wonderful time of the year...
...and BUSY!! This past week is a complete blur! My girlfriend Debra and I had our annual girl's holiday date night. We went our for appetizers downtown Denver, and then saw Adam Carolla do stand up. It was...good. I wouldn't say he was "hilarious" but parts were certainly funny. We had a fun evening and braved a winter storm on the way home! On Wednesday, my parents came into town to help me celebrate my 39th birthday. They also got to attend the kid's Christmas concert at their preschool. It was ADORABLE!! I will try and post a few snippets from the DVD once I get it. Leighton was searching around for us, finally spotting Daddy standing over to the side, snapping photos. As soon as she saw him, she began yelling, "My Daddy!! There's my Daddy!!!" Lucky for us, and the school, she was standing directly in front of a microphone :-) It was so cute. And, I can already imagine the tears this clip will illicit when I use it for her "growing up...
